1. Denied Location Access Permission
For a full experience on the Social Map, Jagat.io needs location access permission from your smartphone. As such, if your friends haven’t granted permission, the app won’t be able to display the location on the Social Map.
Not only sharing the location, but granting the permission would also give your Upals other information, such as the moving speed, time-spent duration, and battery percentage.
The app would request location access once you open the Social Map for the first time. Ask your friends to choose the “always allow location access” option if they want to give a real-time location on the Social Map.

2. Unstable Internet Connection

To add your friends as Upals on Jagat.io, you can click on the “Add Upal” button on the profile box displayed when you click on your friend’s avatar. In addition, you can also add them as Upals using the Ucode or barcode.

4. Activate the Ghost Mode Feature
Turning on the Ghost mode feature can also be the reason why your friends’ locations can’t be found on the Social Map.
The Ghost mode is a feature on the Social Map used to hide your real-time location from other users. You can activate this mode at any time and as often as you wish.
Interestingly, you can still track your friends’ location while you are still in Ghost mode. Go to the Account > Privacy > Ghost Mode to turn on this feature.
